The trade show brought together leaders from the corporate events industry to foster interaction among host destinations, event organizers, service providers, and clients—creating new connections and business opportunities.

From August 6th to 8th, the fourth edition of Meet Up Argentina took place in Buenos Aires, gathering professionals from the meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE) sector. The event served as a key platform for industry players to stay up to date, connect with clients, and generate new business.
Within this framework, Esencia.Patagonia participated for the first time in this exhibition, networking, and training event.
“Meet Up is the ideal space to establish new contacts with the goal of producing events around the world. This marks the first regional stage of a global strategy to position Esencia.Patagonia as a bespoke corporate event organizer, offering sustainable and tailor-made experiences,” said Nahuel Alonso and María Paz Rivas, CEOs of the company.

Over the course of three days, Meet Up created the perfect space for networking across the entire national and international MICE value chain. The 2024 edition focused on two key themes: sustainability and sporting events.
Meet Up Argentina 2024 was held at the Buenos Aires Convention Center and was organized by AOCA (Argentine Association of Organizers and Suppliers of Exhibitions, Congresses, Events, and Convention Bureaus).
