Esencia.LAB: a Step Towards Excellence in Tourism

In October, Esencia.Patagonia held the first edition of its Service Selection and Training Program. This pioneering initiative was designed to train and professionalize human resources in the tourism sector.

Esencia.Patagonia views tourism as a force for change for individuals and the environments in which it operates. Through Esencia.LAB, its training division, the company seeks to extend its commitment even further, inspiring industry professionals through a comprehensive program that prepares participants to grow and excel in tourism service with professionalism and dedication. The intensive program was held at Fuegos de Patagonia in Bariloche and was led by twenty specialists in various fields, including management and food safety, product development and sales, service philosophy, lake navigation and safety, marketing, and communication, among others. Twenty-two people participated in this first edition, standing out for their dedication to service and desire to grow in high-end tourism. “Our goal was to attract people with a genuine vocation for service and commitment to their personal and professional development, who wish to be trained to provide quality and excellence in customer service,” stated Esencia.Patagonia.

At the end of the course, each participant received a certificate of attendance that validated their commitment and the knowledge they gained.
