Esencia Patagonia, together with Abercrombie & Kent, are finalists in the category “Best Destination-Based Incentive Travel Program” at the SITE Crystal Awards, organized by SITE (Society for Incentive Travel Excellence), the only global association dedicated exclusively to incentive travel. These awards celebrate projects that not only inspire and motivate, but also deliver tangible results for corporations. Winners are chosen through a rigorous scoring system that evaluates creativity, logistics, overcoming natural challenges, and social impact.
This nomination reflects the strong network Esencia has built with its local partners, who made possible a one-of-a-kind five-day program: charter flights, hotel buyouts, ski resort and private boats, helicopters, luxury winter glamping, artistic performances, a high-impact social action, and more than 620 people involved.
