The Spot
The Untold Patagonia is an exclusive retreat consisting of a main house and three adjoining cabins, located in a private bay on Lake Moreno, within the renowned Circuito Chico of San Carlos de Bariloche.
Bordering the Llao Llao Nature Reserve and surrounded by native forest and pristine Patagonian landscapes, it offers privacy, exclusivity, and comfort in a setting of unparalleled beauty and tranquility.
Access is available from San Carlos de Bariloche International Airport via the Andean Crossing combined with ground transfer, or from Villa La Angostura by crossing Lake Nahuel Huapi and continuing by land.
In partnership with Esencia Patagonia, the lodge’s operations are aligned with the values and standards of a Certified B Corporation, promoting more mindful tourism in harmony with the principles of the circular economy.
The Purpose

Inside the House
Master Villa
In our interpretation of the relationship between guest spaces and their surroundings, we consider the Master Villa as the main property within the all-inclusive hub concept.
Accommodating up to six adults (+ an additional room), it spans two floors and blends Nordic-Patagonian architecture with spacious interiors and large picture windows, designed to maximize connection with nature.
It features 300 m² of space, a multifunctional outdoor deck with direct access to the lakefront, underfloor heating, radiators, a hot tub, a fireplace, and Starlink Wi-Fi connectivity.

Suites Cabins
Three independent cabins of 90 m², distributed over two floors.
Upper floor: two en-suite bedrooms.
Ground floor: spa and private garden.
Each is equipped with a Scottish shower with chromotherapy, dry sauna, open-air jacuzzi, Tromen wood stove, Russian stove, underfloor heating, Starlink Wi-Fi, full tableware, television, coffee machine, and a privileged view of the lake.
